SELF-IMAGE – ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT FACTORS AFFECTING OUR LIFE.

Everything we do and feel and more importantly how we do it comes from our perception of ourselves.

 

This means that the perception of ourselves and the result of our lives are directly related. Every success, failure, financial situation, peace, harmony, happiness … comes from the identity that one has formed for themselves. It also means that the way we are communicating with people determines how they will react to us.

If your self-esteem is poor, it means that you have stored the wrong thought patterns.

Therefore, it is necessary to clear the self-image of the negative thoughts and misinformation that one has internalized over the years and that limits them.

Liberation begins on the day we accept our responsibility for the things that happen to us and put aside the “bad thinking” we carry in our subconscious mind. This is the price we all have to pay for a mentally healthy life.

You will become confident, compassionate, able, and able to exercise your will in a simple, conversational way, with dignity and argumentation. You will be able to recognize and, more importantly, admit your mistakes and apologize for them.

You will see that all the conflicts will disappear at once and only the problems that everyone has will remain. You will successfully solve all the problems and learn from them.
