Why our lives are different?
People are unconsciously exposed to the hypnosis of social factors (family, school, mainstream and other media, social media, their surroundings, work, interest, hobbies, etc.) on a daily basis. These influence our opinions and perceptions that shape and guide our lives. If we encounter obstacles that make our lives difficult, it is imperative that we pinpoint beliefs that are not right for us and transform them into beliefs that will help us achieve our goals.
Hypnotherapy is a technique of altering thought patterns that limit our lives. Hypnotherapy is based on hypnosis.
Hypnosis is an altered state of consciousness. It is achieved through deep physical relaxation and an altered rhythm of brain waves. There are 5 frequencies of brain waves, namely Delta (deep sleep, unconsciousness, children from 0 to 2 years of age), Theta (the state between deep sleep and wakefulness, children between 2 and 6 years of age), Alpha (relaxation, calmness, children from 6 to 8 years of age), Beta (higher frequencies of conscious thinking) and Gamma (the highest state of consciousness/stress).
